What does the introductory call cost?
The introductory call is for us to get to know each other and decide whether we want to work together. As it does not constitute tax advice, I do not charge for it.

Who can become a client?
I advise solo freelancers, self-employed individuals and small corporations.
Which mandates do you not take on?
I do not take on restaurant businesses or payroll accounting.
I do not advise on plain income tax returns without business income (self-employment, trade, rental and leasing). An online tax tool is usually sufficient for these.
If you are a business owner, the income tax return is of course included in the overall package.

How much does it cost?
Billing is based on the German Tax Advisor Fee Regulation (StBVV).
After the introductory call, you will receive an individual quote based on the type and scope of services.
For self-bookkeepers using LexOffice, the effort is usually easy to calculate, as many bookkeeping processes are already prepared digitally.
Additional services are billed transparently based on time spent.

I use a specific accounting software – does that fit with your practice?
I enjoy working with clients who already use LexOffice, sevDesk or a similar online tool.
Even if you do not (yet) use a bookkeeping system, that's not a problem – I will help you set one up or switch to a suitable solution. The only requirement: we work fully digitally, and I no longer accept paper documents.

How does communication work?
Via email, phone or video call. I mainly use portals for exchanging documents.
