As a solo freelancer or small business, you don't need a tax advisor who just processes numbers — you need someone who understands how you work. I value clear processes, personal support and digital workflows that really save time.

Introductory call

We talk about your business, your tools and your tax goals, and you get to know me. We discuss what a collaboration could look like. If we're both interested in working together, I'll send you a fee calculation and you decide whether you'd like to work with me.

Setup

Once you're ready to start, I set up all the necessary access for you. With a power of attorney, I can access much of the data in your tax account directly.

Onboarding

I personally guide you through the start. We connect your systems, check the settings and make sure everything runs smoothly. You get clear instructions on how to handle your bookkeeping efficiently yourself — without stress.

Ongoing collaboration throughout the year

You record your income and expenses yourself on an ongoing basis and match them to your bank transactions. If required, you submit the VAT advance returns directly via LexOffice. If you have questions, we can meet via video call at any time, or you can email me and I'll take a look right away.

Annual financial statements & tax returns

I export your data, prepare the annual financial statements or tax returns with DATEV, and give you feedback on your ongoing bookkeeping.

Whenever needed

Are changes coming up, such as a restructuring or a new business area? I advise you individually, whenever you need support.
